Programs & Teams Supported
Our Mission
To equip coaches with structured, behavior-based systems that support the mental, emotional, and performance development of student-athletes - in and out of the locker room.
How it Works
Start with a Discovery Call
We connect with your program to understand your team, culture, and current challenges.
Implement the AWE Experience
Athletes, coaches, and/or parents engage in a structured 4–6 session workshop series focused on building discipline, communication, and consistency.
Build Consistent, Confident Athletes
We support real-time application so behaviors translate into performance, leadership, and long-term growth.

Meet the Founder
N’Kayah Kersey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and former Division 1 athlete who specializes in applying behavior science within sports.
Through her work, she helps coaches build structured environments that develop disciplined, confident, and consistent athletes - in and outside of the locker room.
Her approach bridges the gap between mental health, behavior, and performance, providing practical strategies that athletes and coaches can apply in real time.
“Behavior creates habits. Habits create culture. Culture drives performance.”
Stories of Impact
I just want to say I really enjoyed our meeting today, it really touched me. Not just on a basketball spectrum, but with life in general. So, thank you. I appreciate you taking the time to talk to me and listen to me rant without judging me. You give great advice and I truly believe that the coaches see a positive change in me because of you.

Pressure Management & Emotional Regulation: An athlete demonstrated difficulty performing under pressure, including turnovers, distraction, and emotional breakdowns during games. A structured reset routine and cue phrase were developed and practiced.
Outcome: Improved ability to reset during games, increased composure, and more consistent performance under pressure.
Jane Doe did a great job yesterday making the 1st read and only hesitated once. She is starting to see her game & things she needs to change.
